I'm in love with avocado.
I know its a mixed relationship (it's green and I'm human) but I don't care. It was meant to be. I could eat avocado every day for the rest of my life.
There I said it, I'm glad I got it off my chest.

Can you give me a consistent way to choose a ripe avocado, I mess up about 1 out of 4... either too hard when I want to eat it or rotten inside. How important is an unblemished outer skin?
I thought I was the only one who buys rotten avocados. That sucks.
