Day 1

Just finished my day 1 exercises=
jump roping: cool
squats: manageable
sit ups: a struggle
push-ups: form of medieval torture.

Upper body strength; Here I come!

And it will come. I've seen PCP girls go from not being able to do one pushup to multiple sets of elevated push-ups (feet up on a chair) The human body is capable of amazing changes. Rock it!

I can do the push-ups... but I totally know what you're saying. I try to push myself to do the upper end of the spectrum, and by the third set, my arms tell me "NO!" *smile*

I can't wait to see how you grow, Carole, it's going to be a fun process with all of us doing this together!
